Yell in the United Kingdom is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to drive growth in the field sales team. You’ll hunt new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with clients while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: present, negotiate, and seal the deal with new and existing clients.
• Client Management: nurture relationships and provide account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: review data to identify opportunities for growth and ROI.
