Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills including budgets, accounts, and invoicing for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the retirement scheme on behalf of residents, ensuring buildings are safe and compliant.
• Engage with residents, respond to calls, and provide a warm, welcoming environment.
• Ensure communal areas are clean, safe and social spaces are well-maintained.
• Coordinate with partner contractors for repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
• Signpost residents to services to support welfare and independence.
