Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Scheme Manager Non Residential in Wokingham to oversee retirement community schemes. You will ensure buildings are safe, secure, and meet standards while supporting residents to live independently.

You will engage with customers, coordinate repairs with partners, manage budgets and invoicing, and signpost services to enhance residents' wellbeing. DBS checks are required and paid by us.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to diverse residents.
• Knowledge of health and social issues affecting older people.
• Experience in safeguarding and carrying out risk assessments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partner contractors and agencies.
• Strong administrative skills including managing accounts, budgets and invoicing.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required (paid by us).

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheme on behalf of residents, ensuring safety and standards are met.
• Provide visibility on the scheme and engage with customers.
• Maintain communal areas, coordinate repairs and sourcing local suppliers.
• Signpost customers to services to support independent living.
• Maintain records and collaborate with colleagues using technology.
