Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Retirement Living Services Scheme Manager for Reeve Court Village in St Helens. You will lead the day-to-day running of the retirement living scheme, manage staff, and ensure high standards of service for residents.

The role requires experience in housing management for older people, strong leadership, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. 35 hours weekly, with a permanent contract and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing management services for older people or retirement living schemes.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with external partners.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Reeve Court Village Retirement Living Scheme and staff.
• Oversee housing management tasks: marketing, lettings, rent queries and facilities management.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, fire tests, and documented checks.
