Job summary

FirstPort Limited in Taunton is seeking a Residential Development Manager for a 20-hour-per-week, live-in role with rent-free accommodation and a salary of £13,260 per annum plus benefits. Responsibilities

• Maintain a high profile around the development/office and ensure residents are checked within requirements.
• Perform daily checks to keep the building safe and secure; maintain records and protect data; manage contractors and keep communal areas tidy.
• Oversee works, raise orders, monitor progress and sign off completion.
• Encourage and support Residents Association and organize social events to enhance the resident experience.
• Build links with residents' families, local authorities, doctors and social workers as required.
• In emergencies, contact the appropriate response team or authorities.
• Assist with sales through retirement homesearch and help new residents settle in.
• Collaborate with local Development Managers and travel to team/company meetings monthly/annually.
