Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a focus on face-to-face interactions.
• Strong communication skills for resolving issues and complaints.
• Understanding of health and safety practices in residential settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent administration skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Outgoing personality with proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high profile around the development / office and check residents meet requirements.
• Carry out daily safety checks and keep records in line with procedures; manage contractors.
• Oversee works, raise orders, monitor progress and sign off completion.
• Encourage and support the formation of a Residents Association and plan social events.
• Build links with residents' families, authorities and health professionals as needed.
• Respond to emergencies by contacting the appropriate response teams.
• Assist with sales listings with Retirement Homesearch and help new residents settle in.
• Collaborate with local peer Development Managers and attend monthly/annual meetings.
