FirstPort Limited in Portchester, Fareham, Hampshire is seeking a Residential Development Manager to oversee resident services on a 20-hour-week schedule. This live-in position includes rent-free accommodation and a salary of £13,260 per annum plus benefits.

The role focuses on safety, contractor management, community engagement, and high-quality customer service for residents. Collaboration with local authorities and partner agencies is expected.

Formación

• Customer service passion and readiness to provide exceptional in-person service.
• Natural communicator with ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively.
• Understanding of health & safety and experience in dealing with emergencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learner of new systems.
• Organised, methodical administration with accurate records.
• Outgoing, self-motivated team player with proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a high profile around the development and office, ensuring residents meet requirements.
• Perform daily checks to keep the building safe and secure; maintain records and protect data.
• Oversee works, raise orders, manage contractors, monitor progress, sign off completion.
• Encourage and support Residents Association and Social Committee for events.
• Build links with residents' families, local authorities, doctors, social workers and health authorities.
• In emergencies, contact appropriate response teams and authorities; assist with sales with Retirement Homesearch.
