Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Visiting Development Manager (Ref 26562) in the United Kingdom to oversee residential developments, ensuring safety, quality, and high-level resident service. • Customer service mindset and ability to communicate effectively.
• Attention to health & safety and emergency situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high profile around the development/office and check residents according to requirements.
• Carry out daily safety checks and keep records, ensuring data protection and tidy communal areas.
• Manage works, raise orders, supervise contractors, monitor progress and sign off completion.
• Encourage formation of a Residents Association and support social events to enhance community.
