Job summary

Bluebird Care Market Harborough & Oadby invites compassionate individuals to join as a Live-in Care Expert. You’ll live in the client’s home delivering tailored personal care with dignity and independence, supported by a dedicated care team.

You’ll handle daily tasks, medications, meals, and companionship, with comprehensive induction and ongoing training. DBS checks and references are completed as part of our standard process, ensuring safety and trust.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care tailored to the customer and encourage independence.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Manage medications and prepare meals.
• Handle household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
• Support staying connected to the community through activities and visits.
• Provide comfort and end-of-life care when needed.
• Work independently while staying connected with the care team for support and guidance.

• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
