Job summary

Bluebird Care Stratford & Warwick is seeking a dedicated Live-In Care Expert to support clients in their own homes within Stratford and Warwick. You will provide tailored personal care, assist with daily activities, manage medications, and help with meal preparation while maintaining dignity and independence.

Role requires living within 30 minutes of Warwick, excellent English, and a compassionate approach. DBS checked, with 28 days holiday and ongoing training support.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Experience delivering home care within the UK.
• Excellent standard of English (spoken and written).
• Residence within 30 minutes of Warwick (CV34) for training and supervision.
• Cooking ability is important for daily meal prep.
• Driving is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care tailored to the customer and promote independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living: washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Manage medications and meal preparation.
• Handle household tasks: laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
• Support social activities and community connections with loved ones.
• Provide comfort and care during illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life support.
• Work independently while staying connected with the care team for guidance.
