Job summary

Bluebird Care Sussex Weald is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Expert to accompany customers in their homes, providing personal care, meals, and companionship. You will live with the client, supporting daily routines and helping maintain dignity and independence.

We offer expert training, paid breaks, accommodation during placement, and a supportive team to ensure high-quality care. Right to Work in the UK is required; previous experience is beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care tailored to the customer and encourage independence.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Manage medications and prepare meals.
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through activities and visits.
• Provide comfort and care during illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care.
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team.
