Job summary

Bluebird Care Chichester is seeking a dedicated Live-in Care Expert to provide compassionate in-home support for clients in their own homes. You will live with customers, delivering personal care, meals, mobility assistance, and companionship with dignity and independence.

The role includes paid holiday entitlement, a £40 weekly food allowance, and travel expense reimbursement up to £50, along with ongoing supervision and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Manage their medication and prep their meals
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
