Job summary

Bluebird Care Wirral is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Expert to support customers in their own homes across Wirral, Wirral Merseyside. You will provide tailored personal care, assist with daily tasks, manage medications, and help maintain independence and wellbeing.

Join a team that offers induction, ongoing training, 24/7 support, paid breaks, accommodation, and a flexible pattern of 1–3 weeks on with breaks, ensuring high-quality, dignified care for clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence.
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Manage their medication and prep their meals.
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones.
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care.
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance.
• Paid breaks and accommodation while on placement.
• Full induction and expert training, with continued learning and development.
• Ongoing supervision and 24/7 support from our dedicated team.
• Flexible working patterns (often 1-3 weeks on, followed by breaks).
