Job summary

Bluebird Care Sussex Weald is seeking a Live-in Care Expert to join the team. You will live in the home of a customer, delivering personalised care to help them maintain dignity and independence, with support from a dedicated care team.

The role offers paid breaks, a weekly rate (£789.60–£944.65), and benefits including travel reimbursement up to £50 and a £40 weekly food allowance. Training is provided and DBS checks are conducted as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care tailored to the customer and promote independence

• Provide comfort and care during illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life
• Work independently while staying connected with the care team

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
