We are seeking a proactive People Operations Events Supervisor to drive event-day workforce operations and ensure teams are prepared and ready to deliver exceptional service at every event.

You will manage staff check-in, deployment, facilities and equipment, while coordinating with the People Operations team to maintain high standards and seamless operations

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in hospitality, events, retail or customer-focused environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event-day staffing across the venue and act as main contact for casual staff.
• Supervise staff deployment, workforce activities and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Manage staff check-in, uniform distribution and equipment control; support with workforce systems.
