Co-op Live in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Operations Event Assistant to support staffing operations for event days. You will ensure the workforce is ready, equipped and supported to perform at their best.

Reporting to the Event Supervisor, you will coordinate check-in, distribution of uniforms and use workforce systems to maintain smooth operations, with a focus on service quality and safety across all event activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in live events or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support staff across events.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff check-in processes and update workforce systems.
• Distribute and collect uniforms and manage equipment as required.
• Support stock control processes and keep areas organised and event-ready.
• Provide first-line help to staff using workforce systems during events.
• Assist with event check-in activities and real-time problem solving.
• Produce end-of-event documentation and reports for the team.
