Trafalgar Entertainment's Bradford Live venue is seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader to guide front of house, bar and food & beverage teams and ensure outstanding guest experiences at live events. You will lead Customer Experience Assistants, model high standards of service, health and safety, and support management to deliver smooth performances and conferences in a fast-paced venue environment.
