Job summary

G Live, operated by Trafalgar Entertainment, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead guest services across a busy venue offering shows, plays and events. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader capable of guiding casual staff and volunteers.

Shifts are flexible and can include evenings, weekends and holidays. You will work closely with Duty Managers to maintain high standards of operation and safety, while helping drive upsell opportunities and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in theatre, music or live-entertainment.
• Self-motivated, engaging and dynamic leader.
• Commercially savvy, energetic and proactive in approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a personable and genuine touch.
• Assist Duty Managers to ensure smooth operation.
• Have excellent knowledge of the venue and staff inquiries.
• Undertake relevant training and development.
• Induct and train new team members with the Duty Manager.
• Identify Health and Safety risks and report them appropriately.
• Understand current Health and Safety, licensing, and Food Hygiene laws.
• Supervise Guest Experience operations, casual staff and volunteers.
• Manage event setup, equipment and storage.
• Assist with Fire Evacuations and drills.
• Upsell opportunities with customers.
• Keep front of house areas tidy and safe.
