Job summary

ATG Entertainment Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor in London to lead the Customer Experience Team under the Customer Experience Manager. You will oversee Front of House operations, ensure high standards, and help maximise sales while controlling costs.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, building relationships with Customers, Promoters, suppliers and staff, and developing a proactive, multi-skilled team ready to respond to busy performances.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Customer Experience Team to deliver a seamless Front of House operation.
• Support Front of House to maximise profits and assist with new procedures.
• Ensure the team maximises sales while keeping shift lengths reasonable.
• Maintain Front of House presentation to the highest standard.
• Assist with merchandise reconciliation when required.
