This role is ideal for someone with Small Claims litigation experience who wishes to handle fast track claims.
The Motor Claims Handler will handle cases efficiently and proactively, utilising effective telephone negotiation techniques to secure appropriate settlements. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their litigated file handling experience beyond the Small Claims Track into personal injury work.
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Location: Bolton, Parklands Office, working 1 day in-office and 4 days remotely.
