Job summary

Keoghs in Bolton seeks a proactive NDA File Handler to manage litigated counter‑fraud files for insurance clients. You will run cases from inception to resolution, following defined processes, while applying forensic analysis to evidence and maintaining high client service standards.

The role requires experience in civil litigation, RTA matters, and strong advocacy, with a focus on timely delivery and strategic case management. The position is based at our Bolton office.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler (ILEX, LPC etc.).
• Experience in handling RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated caseload is desirable.
• Knowledge of insurance litigation processes and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Run fraud cases from litigation through to resolution.
• Set case strategy with clients and Lead Lawyer.
• Ensure adherence to case management processes and deadlines.
• Maintain client satisfaction and timely MI reporting.
• Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases.
