Job summary

Davies Group in Bolton is seeking an experienced NDA Litigated File Handler to manage a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files for insurance clients, collaborating with a Lead Lawyer and fraud specialists. You will apply forensic and analytical approaches within defined processes to achieve commercially sound results.

The role requires strong civil litigation experience, excellent client care, and the ability to work to deadlines in a busy team.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling (file handling or litigation)
• Experience with RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated caseload preferred
• Understanding of insurance litigation practice and CPR principles
• Strong analytical, advocacy and client-care skills
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case
• Set and agree case strategy with clients and Lead Lawyer
• Adhere to all work type process stages and case management policies
• Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases
• Maintain timely client and internal MI and achieve KPIs
