Job summary

Keoghs in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious NDA Litigated File Handler to join our Claims Management division. You will manage a caseload of Litigated RTA suspected fraud files for insurance clients, working with Lead Lawyers to achieve commercially sound results.

The role requires experience in civil litigation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling civil litigation claims.
• Experience with RTA fraud files.
• Strong knowledge of CPR.
• Excellent advocacy and client care.
• Good time management and billing.

Responsibilities

• Strategic review and analysis of evidence throughout the case life.
• Set and agree case strategy with clients and Lead Lawyer.
• Adhere to defined work process stages.
• Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases.
• Maintain accurate client and internal MI.
