Job summary

Keoghs in Bolton seeks an experienced NDA Fixed Fee Litigated Fraud Handler to manage a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files for insurance clients. You will work with Lead Lawyers and fraud specialists to achieve commercially sound results, following established processes and maintaining high professional standards.

The role requires strong civil litigation knowledge, analytical thinking, and excellent client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling.
• Experience with RTA pre-litigated and litigated cases is desirable.
• Strong analytical and client-care skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Run fraud cases from litigation through to resolution.
• Manage case strategy with clients and Lead Lawyer.
• Ensure adherence to all work type process stages.
• Maintain accurate case management systems.
• Billing and KPI achievement.
