Job summary

Keoghs is seeking an experienced NDA File Handler for its counter-fraud litigation team in Bolton. The role involves managing a caseload of Litigated RTA suspected fraud files for insurance clients and working closely with Lead Lawyers and claims handlers to achieve commercially sound outcomes.

The position requires a forensic, analytical approach, strong following of processes, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A high level of commercial awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling / as a legal File Handler or suitably qualified (ILEX, LPC etc.)
• Experience in handling linked and organised fraud is desirable however not essential
• Experience of handling RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated caseload
• Knowledge of litigation process / CPR principles

Responsibilities

• Run fraud cases from litigation through resolution
• Manage case strategy with clients and Lead Lawyer
• Adhere to case management stages and deadlines
• Liaise with insurer clients and investigations teams
• Maintain accurate billing and MI for clients
