Job summary

Keoghs in Bolton seeks an experienced litigated File Handler to manage a caseload of RTA suspect fraud files for insurance clients. The role requires following processes, strong forensic analysis, and close collaboration with Lead Lawyers and claim handlers to achieve commercially sound results.

The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience, familiarity with CPR, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining client satisfaction and accurate MI.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling as a File Handler.
• Experience handling RTA pre-litigated or litigated caseload.
• Understanding of insurance litigation and indemnity principles.
• Knowledge of the CPR and litigation procedures.
• Strong client care, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case.
• Set and agree case strategy with clients and Lead Lawyer.
• Adhere to all work type process stages and deadlines.
• Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases.
• Maintain timely client and internal management information.
