What skills and experience we're looking for

The Carlton Academy are now recruiting for a Literacy Teaching Assistant. The Literacy TA’s focus will be on supporting pupils and parents to establish a positive reading culture and improve literacy levels for our students. The core focus will be to raise students’ reading ages through targeted intervention in one to one and small group tuition.
