Job description
Overview

We are currently seeking a Listing Analyst to join our leading Corporate team.

The successful candidate will assist and support Associates and Senior Listing Analysts in effecting debt listings on The International Stock Exchange ("TISE").

Responsibilities
  • Preparing draft listing documents
  • Managing the TISE listing process from initial enquiry to listing
  • Assisting with the continuing obligation requirements of listed issuers; and
  • Associated administration
Principal duties
  • Carry out client work allocated by and under the supervision of Associates, Senor Listing Analyst, and Partners
  • Organise their workloads and promptly advise the relevant Associates/Senior Listing Analysts if they encounter problems and any anticipated delays
  • Manage and carry out discrete tasks thoroughly, efficiently and to the required standard
Role Requirements
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and IT skills, specifically excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and pdf Docs
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and to tight deadlines

Law graduate preferred (minimum 2:1) however a school leaver with excellent academics may also be considered
