Responsibilities

• Raise and process sales orders, quotations and proforma invoices in SAGE.
• Track orders, provide shipping updates and resolve delays.
• Prepare picking lists and despatch notes for warehouse.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product pricing.
• Manage returns, issue return numbers and process credit notes.
• Process sample requests and support the sales team.
• Maintain customer files and electronic records.
• General admin duties and cross-team collaboration.
