Job summary

KONE is looking for a proactive sales-focused professional in the United Kingdom to engage with existing customers, identify modernisation opportunities, and position lifecycle investments for lift safety, reliability and efficiency.

You will work with service, engineering and sales teams to qualify opportunities, arrange appointments, and drive lift asset modernisation solutions, with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or business development is preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills at all levels.
• Willingness to discuss solutions with customers and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers by phone to discuss condition and lifecycle of lift assets.
• Identify ageing equipment and discuss benefits of lift modernisation for safety and efficiency.
• Qualify interest and arrange appointments or prepare quotations.
• Collaborate with Area Service Managers and service engineers to identify upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Create Asset Management Plans and present initial findings to customers.
• Follow up on quotations and recommendations.
• Set up call campaigns to generate leads and meet KPIs.
