Qualifikationen

• Experience leading installation teams and delivering projects on time and to budget.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements on construction sites.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate schedules for material deliveries, installation activities and handovers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Plan and coordinate installation resources, logistics and workforce to meet customer commitments.
• Provide clear direction to installation teams and maintain regular progress communication.
• Coach and develop team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct site visits, safety audits and handovers, and manage installation costs.
