Job summary

A leading engineering services company in Harrow is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to manage a static site and ensure effective lift operation. Responsibilities include attending breakdowns, performing routine maintenance, and providing technical support. As a Static Site Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping lift equipment operating safely and smoothly. You’ll carry out routine maintenance, diagnose faults and ensure customers receive a high-quality, dependable service.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

  • Management of your own static site
  • Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
  • Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate
  • Maintain a professional image at all times as you’re a company ambassador on site
  • Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
  • Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
  • Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
