Bupa in Harrogate is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator at Southlands Care Home. This permanent role is 32 hours per week with one weekend off every three, typically 10:00 to 18:00.

You will design vibrant activities, manage an activities planner and engage with residents to boost wellbeing and social engagement. You’ll collaborate with care teams, coordinate community visits, and support social media presence for the home.

Formación

• Creative thinker with plenty of ideas and a can-do attitude.
• Able to manage budgets and maintain paperwork effectively.
• Caring, people-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update the activity planner within the home budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external companies for days out/events.
• Organise one-to-one sessions with residents (reminising tools, puzzles, reading, tea and chat).
• Support the home with its social media channels as required.
