Job summary

Bupa is seeking a part-time Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator for Elm Grove Care Home in Cirencester. You will plan engaging activities, coordinate events with local partners, and tailor plans to residents' needs.

The role involves running sessions, managing the activity planner within budget, and contributing to the home’s social media as needed. A passion for elder care and creating joyful experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ability to manage budgets and paperwork.
• Interested in caring for others and spreading enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner for the home within a set budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external companies and local performers to organise days out/events at the home.
• Arrange one-to-ones with residents, e.g. reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, or a friendly chat.
• Support the home with their social media channels as required.
