Job summary

Bupa Sheffield is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator at Broomcroft House Care Home, 414 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield. You’ll design and run morning and afternoon activities, creating an engaging, therapeutic programme for residents in a warm, supportive setting.

You’ll manage an activities budget, prepare an up‑to‑date planner, organise outings with local performers, arrange one‑to-ones, and help with social media updates when required. DBS checked and uniform provided.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions
• Produce and update an activity planner within a set budget
• Organise birthday surprises for residents
• Liaise with external companies and performers for days out/events
• Organise one-to-one sessions with residents (reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or chats)
• Support the home’s social media channels as required
