Bupa UK is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator (Bank) at Cleveland House Care Home in Huddersfield. You will design engaging activities, support residents’ wellbeing and work with care teams to tailor plans that uplift daily life.

The role involves running sessions, coordinating an activities planner, and collaborating with local groups to create memorable experiences for residents. DBS check and uniform are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Creative thinker with ideas and ability to manage budgets and paperwork.

Aufgaben

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner within budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external organisations to plan days out or events at the home.
• Arrange one-to-one activities with residents ( reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, tea and chat ).
• Support home social media channels as required.
