Job summary

Bupa Middlesex Manor Care Home in Wembley is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Co-ordinator on a part-time contract (14 hours per week). The role focuses on creating vibrant activity plans, leading sessions, and coordinating exciting events for residents with a people-centered approach.

You will work with care teams to tailor activities, support wellbeing, and help foster a joyful, engaging home environment that supports residents’ independence and connection to the community.

Qualifications

• You're a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork, effectively managing priorities as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Running morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Producing and updating an activity planner for the home, working to a set activities budget
• Organising birthday surprises for our residents
• Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home
• Organising one to ones with our residents, this might involve reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading or just a cup of tea and a chat
• Supporting the home with their social media channels as required
