Job summary

Nuffield Health in Cwmbran is seeking a Lifeguard to work on a bank, part-time basis, helping keep our pool, spa, sauna and steam room safe and welcoming for members and visitors.

You’ll hold an NPLQ or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records; the role offers £12.84 per hour with flexible hours within the bank framework. A positive team player who cares about customer service will thrive in our supportive fitness community.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure PoolSafetyGuidelines arefollowed at all times
