Job summary

Nuffield Health Group in West Byfleet is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise pool and surrounding facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness and friendly customer service. This part-time, permanent role requires an NPLQ or equivalent and a commitment to ongoing training records.

You will work to maintain a professional, welcoming environment for members, supporting them in using the pool, spa, sauna and steam room while following safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide ongoing training records.
• Excellent customer care and a positive, enthusiastic teammate.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times

£27,248 per annum

12 hours per week
