Job summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a lifeguard to help keep our pool, spa, sauna and steam room safe for members and visitors. You’ll hold an NPLQ or equivalent and provide ongoing training records, bringing enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide ongoing training records.

• Passionate about great customer care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using the pool facilities (pool, spa, sauna, steam room).
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed, professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet sidefacilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure PoolSafetyGuidelines arefollowed at all times
