Job summary

Nuffield Health Farnham is seeking a Lifeguard for a permanent role, offering a £27,248 per annum salary and up to 40 hours per week. The role requires an NPLQ or equivalent qualification and a commitment to safety, customer service, and team collaboration.

You will help members stay safe in the pool complex, greet guests, and maintain a friendly, professional environment while supporting health and wellbeing across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Able to provide ongoing training records.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer care focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
