Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Lifeguard for our Shipley FWC facility. This part-time role covers an 8-hour week with a pro rata salary, focusing on member safety and excellent customer care.

You will maintain poolside safety, support facilities users, and work as part of a friendly team to deliver a high standard of service. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent is required.

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe in pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed.
