Job summary

Nuffield Health in East Kilbride is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of swimmers and provide a welcoming service. The role is part-time, with 8 hours per week, and a pro rata salary of £26,707.20 per year.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and maintain training records, bringing enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Join a team that cares about members' safety and experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support members when using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
