Job summary

Nuffield Health Group East Kilbride FWC is seeking a part-time Lifeguard for our gym. The role requires a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and involves maintaining safety and delivering excellent customer care in our wet-side facilities.

You will work 8 hours per week at the East Kilbride site, receive a pro-rata salary of £26,707.20, and join a team that values wellbeing, training records and member satisfaction while offering a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to maintain training records and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy in wet-side facilities (pool, spa, sauna, steam room).
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
• Enforce Pool Safety Guidelines at all times.
