Job summary

Nuffield Health East Kilbride is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to help keep members safe in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. You will be vigilant, approachable and professional while supporting a welcoming, healthy gym environment.

The role requires holding an NPLQ or equivalent and maintaining training records. A positive attitude, enthusiasm and teamwork are essential for delivering high-quality customer care.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe when using wet side facilities: swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
• Contribute to the overall wellbeing and customer care.

Fitness | Permanent contract | Part time £26,707.20 pro rata 8 hours per week
