Job summary

Nuffield Health Group is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise and ensure the safety of members at our Edinburgh Fountain FWC facilities. The role requires holding a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or an equivalent certification and maintaining training records.

You will be part of a team focused on excellent customer care, safety, and a welcoming environment. The hourly rate is £13.10, with part-time, bank coverage for shifts at Edinburgh Fountain FWC.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Demonstrates high customer care and teamwork.
• Able to stay attentive and respond quickly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
