Job summary

SearchWorks Pty Ltd in Norfolk is seeking a CRM Executive to join the marketing team. You will deliver customer communications across email, SMS and app push, build and test campaigns, and report on engagement and revenue to boost retention.

With 3–4 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise journeys, segmentation and personalisation, using Klaviyo or a similar platform.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns through a CRM platform.
• Good understanding of email, SMS and customer communications.
• Experience with customer segmentation, audience targeting and automated journeys.
• Confidence reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong approach to quality assurance.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Good written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial interest in customer behaviour, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build, quality-check and deploy campaigns across email, SMS and app push.
• Manage campaign schedules and help maintain the CRM communications calendar.
• Support automated journeys covering onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Build campaign audiences using behavioural and transactional customer data.
• Maintain targeting, audience and suppression rules.
• Implement personalised content and dynamic messaging.
• Deliver A/B tests and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Report on engagement, revenue and retention metrics.
• Support the day-to-day management of CRM systems, workflows and documentation.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Data, Commercial and creative teams.
