Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is recruiting a CRM Executive for a Norfolk-based digital consumer business. CRM is a primary revenue driver as campaigns scale to a multi-million level; you will manage email, SMS and app push campaigns, build audiences, and optimise journeys.

The role requires proven CRM, segmentation, and ROI-focused marketing; Klaviyo experience is a plus. You will join a growing team with new leadership and strong growth prospects, with on-site parking and a supportive

Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience of customer and market segmentation. This is a must.
• A track record of using CRM to drive retention, growth, activation and ROI.
• Experience in Klaviyo is ideal, but another CRM platform is absolutely fine if you're keen to learn.
• Sharp attention to detail, strong organisation, and a commercial head.
• A full driving licence and your own transport, as the site isn't on a public transport route (20 min walk from nearest station).

Responsibilities

• Building, testing and deploying campaigns across email, SMS and app push, and helping manage the campaign calendar.
• Supporting and improving automated journeys across onboarding, retention, reactivation and engagement.
• Building audiences from behavioural and transactional data, and keeping targeting sharp.
• Adding personalised and dynamic content, and running A/B tests.
• Reporting on engagement, revenue, retention and ROI, and turning the results into ideas.
• Working with creative, paid media, product and data colleagues, plus external agencies.
