Job summary

Forbes Advisor in the United Kingdom is seeking a CRM Executive to design and deliver lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels. You’ll work with the CRM Manager and cross‑functional teams to build journeys, schedule sends, and optimise performance in Braze and Tableau.

You’ll be hands‑on, highly organised, and data‑driven, comfortable testing ideas, learning from results, and communicating progress to stakeholders across Product, Design, and Commercial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle/CRM in a D2C or comparison business.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Self-starter who collaborates well across teams and communicates clearly.
• Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and related channels.
• Set up customer journeys, segments, and messaging templates in Braze.
• Provide campaign timelines, QA, and stakeholder updates.
• Analyse performance and contribute ideas to optimise lifetime value.
