Discover International seeks a Client Director, Life Sciences (Applied AI) in the United Kingdom to own and grow a portfolio of pharma accounts. You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead negotiations, and direct a cross-functional team delivering AI-driven outcomes.

Hybrid role requiring strategic vision, enterprise-level client management, and a track record of revenue growth within life sciences consulting.

Formación

Experience managing senior, complex stakeholder relationships in pharma, biotech or medtech.
Consulting background at Engagement Manager, Senior Manager, Principal or Associate Director level.
Experience shaping or leading AI, data or digital transformation work.
Commercial mindset with experience winning work and closing deals.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience mentoring and developing teams.

Responsabilidades

Drive revenue growth across existing accounts and win new clients in life sciences.
Build and execute strategic account plans aligning AI solutions with client objectives.
Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate on sales planning and forecasting.
Build trusted relationships with senior budget holders and C-suite stakeholders.
Lead, mentor and develop a cross-functional delivery team.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex data concepts into practical use cases.
Represent the firm at industry events and enhance its AI-driven transformation reputation.
